This is a gorgeous dark navy blue shattered line, striped chintz pattern. There are hand painted pink roses, yellow and blue flowers and green leaves. There are also dark navy blue leaves with gold accents. The edge is trimmed in gold as well. An amazing plate that would stand out in any collection.
